Returns Policy

We do not accept returns that we have had individually sourced upon request from a client. However a return & refund will be provided if the item is faulty or partially missing. Please note we carry out quality control on all orders before dispatch. 

Any returned items must be in its original box and packaging with all original contents included such as spare laces dustbags shoe filler paper etc.

Items must have no signs of wear or odor. If products are returned with wear/damage, these will be returned back to the customer.

The time frame period for any returns, exchanges and refund queries can vary as we will always have ongoing work commitments with clients to ensure everyone is receiving the best customer service. 

PLEASE NOTE : As profit margins are very small in our sales we cannot refund your original postage or return cost and also for any returns we will deduct a 3% processing fee before we issue you any refunds. If you wish to cancel an order that you have place on our website the 3% processing fee will also be deducted before any money is refunded.
